Telefonica has no shame nor has had on their lives. I find it incredible that spread to the four winds that are good for doubling the speed of people who enjoy 3-Megas-6 Megas no charge, having people still lack access to the Internet, or its speed is not more than 1 Mega .
But investing in exchanges that are of the cave and was unable to offer speeds of more than 1 mega less and get medals for being the best company of ADSL in Spain.
It's the best because the majority of users (especially in rural areas) can not access the services offered by other companies and we have to remain slaves of Timoftonica.

I have adsl 3 megs in promotion and only reaches 1 from 1 month ago. I do not want adsl 1 mega pq has limited download. I think about them lowering the rate to increase to others. That starts with a decent broadband rural and less sandeces with the 6 megs.
